Keeping two bands in rotation allows one to dry or be cleaned while the second remains ready for the next skate.

Mask-care guidance

Remove the sweatband after use and allow both the band and liner to dry fully. Wash according to the material-care instructions and avoid reinstalling it while damp. Inspect the surrounding liner, chin cup, harness and cage hardware whenever the band is removed. Replace a sweatband that no longer remains secured or has permanently compressed.
