Return Eligibility

We offer a 15 business-day return and exchange window from the original purchase date or the date your order is received. To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Pass inspection and approval by The Goalie Crease staff

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Exchanges & Store Credit

Approved returns are eligible for:

  • Exchange for another product
  • Store credit only within 15 business days of the original purchase date

Please note:

  • No cash refunds or free funds will be issued unless otherwise required by law
  • Store credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Online Orders

Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to returns, exchanges, or warranty claims unless the error was made by The Goalie Crease.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is damaged
  • Your item is defective
  • You received the wrong product

We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Special order or custom products
  • Gift cards
  • Undergarments, jocks/jills, mouthguards, water bottles, and other personal-use items
  • Items restricted by manufacturer policy
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Warranty Information

Certain products may be covered under a manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s policies, procedures, and approval process.

The Goalie Crease does not guarantee manufacturer warranty approval.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Include original tags and packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved due to a store error, defective product, or where otherwise required by law, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days after inspection and approval.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
