The Goalie Crease is a third-generation, family-owned and operated business with roots dating back to 1950, when it all began as Ward and Patch Sports. Built on decades of experience and passion for the game, The Goalie Crease was established in 2003 and has since grown into one of the most recognized goaltending retailers in the world—and the only dedicated goalie specialty store in the Greater Toronto Area.

Today, we are proud to be one of the largest independent, goalie-only retailers in North America, offering both an extensive in-store experience and a growing e-commerce presence. Our 4,000 square foot retail space is packed wall-to-wall with goaltending equipment across all price ranges, ensuring every goalie—from beginner to elite—can find the right fit.

Behind the scenes, our equally large warehouse allows us to maintain a deep inventory at all times. This buying power means we can stock the gear you need, when you need it, while also passing savings directly on to our customers.
