What Is the Difference Between Junior and Youth Blockers?
Youth blockers are generally designed for younger children with smaller hands, arms and overall body dimensions. Junior blockers are the next size category and provide larger internal dimensions and additional coverage for growing goalies.
Age can provide a starting point, but the correct category depends on:
- Hand length and width

- Current playing level

How Should a Junior Goalie Blocker Fit?
