Order Processing Times
All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within approximately 72 business hours.
Orders are processed during regular business days only and do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Please note:
- Processing times may be extended during holidays, peak seasons, or promotional events.
- Special order or out-of-stock items may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified if delays occur.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via Purolator.
For security purposes, all shipments require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address provided.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and shipping method selected.
Oversized items such as goalie pads, sticks, bags, and bulky equipment may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Customers will receive notification once their order is ready for pickup. Please wait for confirmation before arriving at the store.
Valid photo identification and proof of purchase may be required at pickup.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
The Goalie Crease is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect addresses
- Returned shipments due to inaccurate customer information
- Additional shipping fees required for re-delivery
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Duties, Taxes & International Orders
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Brokerage fees
- Additional delivery charges imposed by the destination country
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees charged by The Goalie Crease.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Delivery delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of The Goalie Crease.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Orders refused by the customer or deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier may be subject to:
