Warrior G7 Senior Pro Blocker

The Warrior G7 Senior Pro blocker is designed for adult and competitive goalies looking for a responsive blocker board with extensive hand and finger adjustment.

Warrior uses a 20-degree blocker-board shape intended to generate active rebounds and help pucks leave the blocker face with additional speed. The shaped board also influences how the blocker presents when the goalie holds the stick in a normal stance.

The wrist area is designed to provide a broad range of movement, helping the goalie angle the board, control the stick and rotate the hand during saves and puck handling.

The Warrior G7 Intermediate Pro blocker brings the Senior Pro design into dimensions intended for growing goalies, teenagers and smaller hands.

Like the senior model, the Intermediate Pro uses a 20-degree blocker board designed to provide an active rebound response. Its reduced palm and hand dimensions can provide better control for goalies who do not securely fill a senior blocker.

Full-range finger guards are designed to flex with the hand while protecting the fingers around the stick. Additional index-finger protection covers an area that can be exposed when the goalie wraps the hand around the shaft.

The Warrior Surge S30 Youth blocker is designed for younger and smaller goalies learning how to hold the stick, position the blocker and control rebounds.

Its ultra-lightweight construction helps reduce strain on smaller arms. Easy-flex finger protection allows the child to grip the stick and makes it easier to retrieve the stick if it is dropped.

High Curve vs. 20-Degree Warrior Blocker Boards

Warrior’s blocker-board shape influences how the blocker presents and how pucks leave the face.

The G7 Pro uses a 20-degree board shape intended to create additional rebound speed. This can appeal to goalies who want pucks to leave the blocker quickly and travel away from the immediate scoring area.

The Surge S30 Junior uses Warrior’s High Curve profile. Its flatter lower section is intended to create predictable rebound direction, while the curved upper section provides additional coverage above the hand.

Board shape should be considered together with balance and palm position. A blocker that produces active rebounds still needs to feel controlled and comfortable on the goalie’s hand.

Warrior Catcher and Blocker Combinations

This collection may include G7 catcher-and-blocker combinations in junior and intermediate sizing.

The Warrior G7 Junior catcher and blocker combination pairs the lightweight G7 Junior blocker with the matching junior catcher.

The Warrior G7 Intermediate Pro catcher and blocker combination combines the G7 Intermediate Pro blocker with the matching G7 catcher.

A combination can provide coordinated graphics and strong value, but both gloves must fit correctly. Catcher palm fit and blocker palm fit should be evaluated independently before selecting a set.

Blocker Palm Position and Hand Balance

Palm position determines where the hand sits behind the blocker board. Moving the hand higher, lower, closer to the centre or farther toward an edge can change the blocker’s balance and how easily it rotates.

Selected Warrior Pro blockers use removable and adjustable palms. This allows the goalie to refine the internal hand position within the adjustment range of the model.

Regular and Full-Right Warrior Blockers

Warrior blockers may be available in regular and full-right configurations.

A regular goalie wears the blocker on the right hand and catcher on the left. A full-right goalie wears the blocker on the left hand and catcher on the right.

Confirm the required hand orientation before ordering. Full-right stock may be more limited in certain models, sizes and colours.
