Fit inside the full pad system

Wear the guards with the base layer, goalie pants and leg pads. The knee cap should remain centred when standing and dropping, and the upper protection should overlap the pant without creating a gap. Make sure the straps are secure but do not restrict circulation. Test the knee landing in the pad stack and confirm the guard does not interfere with pad rotation or the leg channel.
