Fit with the goalies complete lower setup

Wear the guards over the normal base layer and under the goalie pants and pads. The cap should stay centred on the knee while the upper section overlaps the pant protection. Drop into the butterfly and confirm that the guard lands comfortably inside the pad knee block without preventing rotation. Straps should be snug but must not restrict circulation or bend behind the knee.
