The ToeHook system replaces traditional goalie-pad toe laces with a quick mechanical connection between the pad and skate. Nylon-coated stainless hooks mount to the goalie pad, while elastic extensions provide controlled stretch as the ankle moves through stance, butterfly and recovery positions. The design is intended to reduce the time spent tying toe laces while preserving enough movement for modern pad rotation.
ToeHook Goalie Pad Attachment Kit features
- Two stainless-steel hooks: The system uses 14-gauge nylon-coated hooks for the left and right goalie pads.
- Elastic extensions: The extensions can stretch to approximately 3.5 inches to accommodate ankle and pad movement.
- Quick attachment: The hook format allows the goalie to connect and disconnect pads without tying knots.

Installation and adjustment guidance
Follow the included instructions and confirm there is a suitable mounting point on both the pad and skate. The elastic should allow movement without snapping the pad tightly to the toe of the skate. Keep hardware away from skate blades and pad materials, trim ties safely and test the setup through a full butterfly before taking it into a game.
Important: No toe attachment is universal. Confirm skate and pad compatibility, and inspect the elastic and mounting points before every use.
