Sportmask Foam Kit

The Sportmask Foam Kit is a factory-style replacement padding set for compatible Sportmask goalie masks. Fresh internal foam can restore a more secure, comfortable fit when the original padding has compressed, hardened, absorbed odour or begun separating from the shell. Sportmask describes its XLP padding kits as model- and size-specific, die-cut and pressed for the intended mask, with peel-and-stick 3M adhesive applied for installation.

• Model-specific padding: Replacement foam must match the exact Sportmask model, shell size and certification configuration.
• Pre-cut construction: Sportmask states that its factory padding is die-cut and pressed according to model and size.
• Peel-and-stick adhesive: The official XLP kit uses pre-applied 3M adhesive for installation on a properly prepared shell.
• Current size choices: The Shopify export lists Mage, XS, Small, Medium, Large and X-Large options.
• X8 and T3 ordering: The current TGC listing is intended for X8 and T3 models; Pro-series kits should be confirmed before purchase.

How should replacement mask foam be selected?

Confirm the exact mask model, shell size and current padding layout before ordering. Remove old adhesive carefully, clean the shell without using a solvent that could damage the composite or finish, and dry-fit every section before exposing the adhesive. Padding placement affects fit, eye position and shell clearance, so professional installation is recommended whenever the original layout is uncertain. A mask with shell damage, loose laminates or compromised mounting points should be inspected before new foam is installed.
