Pant Skinz Black Mini is a 13 x 7.5-inch adhesive-backed nylon sheet for small colour changes, cosmetic repairs and customization on compatible nylon hockey equipment. It can be trimmed to the required shape, then applied without sewing to clean, dry fabric areas. The black mini sheet is especially useful for covering worn cosmetic sections, matching a new team colour or adding a cleaner finish to a small section of goalie pants or other nylon gear.
Pant Skinz Black Mini features
- 13 x 7.5-inch mini sheet: Provides material for targeted repairs and smaller colour-change projects.
- 420-denier nylon surface: Uses the type of nylon commonly found on hockey equipment exteriors.
- Adhesive backing: Allows cut, peel-and-stick application without sewing.
- Trim-to-fit design: Can be shaped around seams, panels and small worn areas.
- Black colour: Blends with common black nylon zones on goalie pants and equipment.
- Removable customization: Designed as a reversible cosmetic solution when applied correctly.
- Multi-equipment use: Suitable for compatible nylon areas rather than rigid plastic, sliding surfaces or high-stress structural repairs.
Preparing the equipment surface
Clean the nylon thoroughly and allow it to dry before cutting the sheet. Round sharp corners in the patch, test the position before removing the backing and press firmly from the centre outward to reduce trapped air. A hidden test area is recommended because aged coatings, textured fabrics and heavily worn nylon can affect adhesion.
Important: Pant Skinz is intended for cosmetic nylon repair and colour changes. It does not restore damaged protective foam, structural stitching or impact protection.
