Choose the pad size by knee position

The available 24+1 through 30+1 sizes should be selected by actual fit, not age or clothing size. The goalie’s knee must land near the centre of the knee stack, and the thigh rise should close the five-hole without colliding excessively. Try pads with skates and knee guards whenever possible.
