Brian's Net Zero 3 Youth Catcher gives young goalies a smaller glove with simple traditional adjustment and an easier Game Ready closure. The 35-degree break promotes a natural catching angle, while the single-T pocket creates a clear target without excessive bulk. A fixed wrist and one-piece cuff keep the structure straightforward, and the bevelled thumb helps shape the catching surface around a smaller hand.
Youth catcher construction
- 35-degree break: Provides a manageable closure angle for developing hands.
- Game Ready palm: Reduces the effort required to open and close the glove.
- Single-T pocket: Creates a defined catching target with simple structure.
- One-piece cuff: Adds coverage through a stable youth-sized design.
- Regular or full right: Supports goalies who catch with either hand.
Match the catcher to the goalie’s hand
Regular catchers are worn on the left hand; full-right catchers are worn on the right. The fingers should reach the stalls, and the glove should remain connected during repeated opening and closing. Black and white variants have the same fit. Tighten the traditional hand straps enough to prevent slipping, but leave enough wrist comfort for the goalie to present the glove naturally.
