Fit the blocker while holding the stick

Regular blockers are worn on the right hand, and full-right blockers are worn on the left. The palm should keep the hand connected to the board without compressing the fingertips. Have the goalie hold the stick, move into paddle-down and rotate the wrist through basic puck-handling positions. Black and white are visual choices only, so select hand orientation before colour.
