Bauer NME ONE SR. Pro Goalie Mask

The Bauer NME ONE Senior Pro Goalie Mask is a previous-generation elite mask built around Bauer’s wider NME shell profile. Its Advanced Carbon Layering shell, reinforced chin and integrated impact-management materials were designed for competitive goalies seeking a rigid pro-level platform with a different fit shape than the traditional Profile family. The TGC listing includes black and white shells in senior small, medium and large sizes.

Bauer NME ONE construction

• Advanced Carbon Layering shell: Bauer used a layered carbon structure to manage puck impacts while strengthening the chin against chipping.
• Defense Cloud Tech liner: DCT foam in the crown and side areas supports lightweight cushioning and lower water retention.
• PORON cheek padding: Added comfort and impact-management material helps create secure contact around the face.
• Shock Absorbing Wire system: SAW cage hardware was engineered to reduce vibration transferred from wire impacts.
• Thermocomp backplate: The shaped backplate includes an occipital groove for more secure contact behind the head.
• Profile-style cage format: Later NME ONE production uses the Bauer Profile wire pattern, expanding replacement-cage options.

Senior fit and inspection

Bauer lists senior small, medium and large head-circumference ranges for the NME/960 family. Measurements are only a starting point: the eyes must sit correctly in the cage opening, the forehead and cheeks should contact the liner evenly and the shell must remain stable when the head moves. Because this is protective equipment, inspect the shell, cage, foam, backplate and hardware after significant impacts and replace damaged components promptly.

Maintain the NME ONE setup
