Warrior Goalie Equipment for Every Level of Play

Warrior produces goalie equipment for young beginners, developing players, adult recreational goalies and experienced competitive athletes. The Warrior collection at The Goalie Crease includes equipment for nearly every part of the setup, from pads and gloves to masks, upper-body protection, pants and composite goalie sticks.

Depending on current inventory, this collection may include current models, previous-generation equipment, clearance products and accessories. Sizes, colours, paddle lengths and regular or full-right availability can change as products are sold.

The best Warrior equipment is not automatically the most expensive model. Proper sizing, protection, mobility and compatibility with the rest of the setup should determine which product is right for the individual goalie.

Compare Warrior Goalie Equipment Families

Warrior organizes its goalie equipment into several product families. The major lines currently represented at The Goalie Crease include:

  • Warrior Ritual G7 leg pads, catchers and blockers
  • Warrior Surge S30 youth and junior pads and gloves
  • Warrior Ritual X5 chest protectors, pants, knee guards and jocks
  • Warrior Ritual F2 goalie masks and accessories
  • Warrior M3 composite goalie sticks
  • Warrior Covert QR50 goalie sticks
  • Selected V3, X4 and other previous-generation equipment

Each family serves a different purpose. G7 focuses on Warrior’s pad and glove platform, Surge S30 provides equipment for younger goalies, X5 covers much of the protective category and F2 represents Warrior’s goalie-mask system.

Warrior Ritual G7 Goalie Equipment

Warrior Ritual G7 is a major pad and glove family currently represented across senior, intermediate and junior sizing. The collection may include G7 leg pads, catchers, blockers and coordinated catcher-and-blocker combinations.

G7 equipment is designed around adjustable components, modern coverage and a lightweight feel. The exact features vary between senior, intermediate and junior products, so each piece should be evaluated individually.

Warrior G7 Leg Pads

Warrior G7 senior and intermediate pads use a one-piece core with a stiff thigh and a more flexible section below the knee. This helps the upper portion maintain its shape while allowing some movement through the lower pad.

A single external break allows the pad to flex below the knee without making the thigh rise excessively soft. HyperComp reinforcement is used through important areas, while adjustable ARS toe and heel attachments allow the lower connection to be personalized.

Junior G7 pads use dimensions and construction designed for developing goalies. Features may include a stiff thigh rise, optimized knee-drive design, SlidePlate materials, adjustable knee positioning and simplified elastic strapping.

Warrior G7 Catchers

Warrior G7 catchers are available in different shapes and closure styles. The standard G7 senior and intermediate catcher uses a wider catching shape with an index-to-mid-thumb closure.

Selected G7 catchers use a removable 75-degree palm, HyperComp-reinforced core and a single-T pocket with Warrior’s AxyFlex T construction. The removable palm allows the internal hand fit to be adjusted or replaced without changing the complete glove.

Warrior G7.1 catcher models provide a longer catching shape and a different low-thumb closure. G7.1 models may also use a double-T pocket and a revised cuff designed to increase wrist mobility.

Junior and youth G7 catchers use lighter construction and simplified adjustment to make the glove easier for younger goalies to close and control.

Warrior G7 Blockers

Warrior G7 senior and intermediate blockers use a shaped blocker board designed to provide active rebound response. Adjustable finger protection and a removable palm allow the internal fit to be personalized.

Increased index-finger coverage and a contoured thumb help protect vulnerable areas around the stick hand. The wrist and finger systems are designed to preserve movement while maintaining coverage.

Junior G7 blockers use a lighter construction with adjustable finger protection, a reinforced sidewall, contoured thumb coverage and an adjustable backhand strap.

Warrior Surge S30 Youth and Junior Equipment

Warrior Surge S30 equipment is designed for younger goalies who need lighter, smaller and easier-to-manage equipment. The collection may include S30 leg pads, catchers and blockers in youth and junior sizing.

Surge S30 youth blockers use flexible finger protection to make gripping and retrieving the stick easier. An adjustable backhand strap helps parents secure the blocker, while the lightweight construction keeps it manageable for smaller arms and hands.

Youth and junior S30 catchers are designed for quick, uncomplicated closure. Adjustable backhand straps and lighter materials help younger goalies present and control the glove without struggling against oversized or excessively stiff construction.

Surge S30 leg pads use age-appropriate dimensions and strapping intended to support developing movement. Pads should still be sized according to knee placement rather than age or height alone.

Warrior Ritual X5 Protective Equipment

Warrior Ritual X5 is the primary protective-equipment family represented in this collection. Available products may include senior, intermediate, junior and youth chest protectors, goalie pants, knee guards and jocks.

Warrior uses concepts such as AxyFlex, CoverEDGE+, adjustable internal systems and lightweight protective materials throughout the X5 family. Features vary according to the product and level.

Warrior X5 Chest Protectors

Warrior X5 Pro senior and intermediate chest protectors combine high-density foam and protective plastic with streamlined arm construction. AxyFlex arms are designed to support mobility, while CoverEDGE+ shoulder floaters provide upper-body coverage.

Selected X5 Pro models also use Warrior’s Bone System to add coverage along the arms during post play and saves from difficult angles. Adjustable arm lengths, shoulder positioning and backplate settings allow the fit to be refined.

Junior and youth X5 chest protectors use lighter construction with moulded elbow protection and straightforward Velcro adjustments. These models are intended to help developing goalies move comfortably while maintaining appropriate coverage.

Warrior X5 Goalie Pants

Warrior X5 goalie pants use a contoured waist and streamlined thigh construction to balance protection with movement. Warrior’s AxyCut lower-edge design is intended to reduce interference with the leg pads and help the goalie close the five-hole.

An internal belt helps keep the pants securely positioned. Selected models allow this belt to be adjusted or removed according to the goalie’s preferred setup.

Warrior X5 pants are available in senior, intermediate and junior sizing. The correct size should be selected according to waist measurement, pant length and compatibility with the chest protector and leg pads.

Shop our Warrior goalie pants to compare available sizes and protection levels.

Warrior X5 Knee Guards

Warrior X5 knee guards are available in multiple equipment levels and size categories. They are designed to protect the knees and lower thighs while fitting underneath the goalie pants and behind the leg-pad knee area.

Knee guards should remain securely positioned while the goalie moves and drops into the butterfly. Equipment that slides downward or rotates may leave gaps and interfere with the pad landing area.

Warrior X5 Goalie Jocks

Warrior X5 goalie jocks use layered protection with a rigid impact plate and comfort foam. An adjustable waist system helps secure the jock while allowing it to integrate with the goalie pants.

Senior, intermediate, junior and youth versions may be available. Goalies should select a size that remains securely positioned without restricting movement through the stance and butterfly.

Warrior Ritual F2 Goalie Masks

Warrior’s F2 mask family includes senior and junior models at different construction and protection levels. Available products may include the F2 Pro, F2 E+, replacement cages, sweatbands, harnesses, chin cups and other mask components.

The Warrior F2 Pro uses IMPAX and X-Foam impact-management materials with Warrior’s OMNISHOCK+ system. FANTOM FIT is used to shape the internal fit, while the shell and liner are designed to work together around the goalie’s head.

The F2 E+ provides another senior and junior option using IMPAX foam, dual-density liner materials and carbon-reinforced shell construction. Exact materials differ between the senior and junior versions.

Browse our Warrior goalie masks to compare available complete masks and replacement components.

A goalie mask should always be selected according to head shape, fit and the level of shots being faced. A mask that is too loose, too tight or unsuitable for the goalie’s level should not be used simply because it is discounted.

Warrior M3 Goalie Sticks

Warrior’s M3 stick family includes professional, performance and junior composite goalie sticks. Available models may include M3 RTL Pro, M3 Pro intermediate and senior, and M3 Pro Junior.

Senior and intermediate M3 models use asymmetrical shaft geometry intended to provide a comfortable grip and improve stick control. Minimus Carbon construction creates a low-kick profile, while SlideGrip technology is used through the gripping area.

The M3 RTL Pro uses a higher-level carbon construction through the paddle, blade and shaft to reduce weight and create a responsive feel.

Junior M3 sticks use smaller dimensions and more conventional shaft geometry. Junior paddle length should be selected according to the child’s stance and blocker position rather than height alone.

Warrior Covert QR50 Goalie Sticks

The Warrior collection may also include Covert QR50 goalie sticks in intermediate and senior paddle sizes. Availability can vary by handedness, paddle length and colour.

Goalies comparing M3 and Covert sticks should consider overall weight, balance, shaft geometry, paddle length and how the stick feels when used with their regular blocker.

Shop our Warrior goalie sticks to compare available M3, Covert, V3 and previous-generation models.

Previous-Generation Warrior Equipment

The Warrior collection may include previous-generation products such as Ritual X4 protective equipment, Ritual V3 sticks and other discontinued models.

Previous-generation goalie gear can provide excellent value when the size, protection and specifications suit the goalie. A lower price should not replace proper fit.

Before purchasing discounted Warrior equipment, confirm:

  • The correct size is available
  • The equipment is appropriate for the level of play
  • The product is regular or full right as required
  • The colour and specifications match the listing
  • Compatible replacement parts remain available where necessary
  • The product works with the goalie’s existing equipment
  • The applicable return or final-sale conditions

Warrior Goalie Catchers

Warrior catchers are available in senior, intermediate, junior and youth sizes. Current options may include G7, G7.1 and Surge S30 models.

Warrior’s removable palm system on selected gloves allows goalies to change the internal fit or closure feel without replacing the entire catcher. Palm angle, glove shape and pocket construction should all be considered.

Shop our Warrior goalie catchers to compare available closure styles, palm sizes, pockets and hand orientations.

Warrior Goalie Blockers

Warrior blockers are designed around adjustable hand protection, board response and wrist movement. Available models may include G7, G7.1 and Surge S30 in senior, intermediate, junior and youth sizing.

A blocker should remain securely connected to the hand while allowing the goalie to grip the stick naturally. Palm fit, board balance, finger protection and cuff mobility can all affect how the blocker feels.

Senior Warrior Goalie Equipment

Senior Warrior equipment is generally designed for adult-sized goalies and may include professional and retail pads, catchers, blockers, masks, chest protectors, pants, sticks and protective accessories.

Senior does not automatically mean professional level. Warrior offers senior equipment at several prices and protection levels for recreational, competitive and advanced goalies.

Intermediate Warrior Goalie Equipment

Intermediate equipment provides dimensions between junior and senior sizing. It may suit growing teenage goalies, smaller adults and players whose hands or body dimensions fit more securely in intermediate equipment.

Intermediate G7 gloves and pads provide performance-focused features in reduced dimensions, while X5 protective equipment offers appropriately sized chest protectors, pants, knee guards and jocks.

Junior and Youth Warrior Goalie Equipment

Junior and youth Warrior equipment is designed for younger goalies with smaller hands, bodies and equipment needs. Available families may include G7, Surge S30 and Ritual X5.

Younger goalies should use equipment that fits their current measurements. Oversized pads, gloves or protective equipment can interfere with movement and make learning proper technique more difficult.

Regular and Full-Right Warrior Equipment

Warrior catchers, blockers and goalie sticks may be available in regular and full-right configurations.

Regular goalies normally wear the catcher on the left hand and blocker on the right. Full-right goalies wear the catcher on the right hand and blocker on the left.

Always confirm the required orientation before ordering. Full-right availability may be more limited in certain sizes, colours and equipment generations.

Custom Warrior Goalie Equipment

Selected Warrior pads, catchers and blockers may be available through a custom-order program. Depending on the current program, goalies may be able to choose approved colours, graphics, sizes and equipment specifications.

Important custom decisions may include:

  • Pad size and thigh rise
  • Pad stiffness and external break
  • Knee and calf strapping
  • Toe and heel attachment systems
  • G7 or G7.1 catcher shape
  • Palm angle and internal hand fit
  • Single-T or double-T pocket
  • Blocker palm size and position
  • Regular or full-right orientation
  • Colours and graphic zones

Browse our custom goalie equipment or contact our goalie equipment experts for help reviewing current Warrior custom options.

Custom equipment may be final sale, so all specifications should be confirmed before the order is submitted.

Building a Complete Warrior Goalie Setup

Goalies can build a coordinated Warrior setup using matching pads, catchers and blockers. Protective equipment, masks, pants and sticks can then be selected according to individual fit and preference.

Matching graphics can create a consistent appearance, but every piece does not need to come from the same brand. A goalie may prefer Warrior pads and gloves while choosing a mask, skate or chest protector from another manufacturer.

When building a complete setup, check:

  • Pad sizing and knee placement
  • Catcher closure and palm fit
  • Blocker palm and stick-shaft compatibility
  • Mask fit and chest-protector clearance
  • Chest protector and pant overlap
  • Knee-guard positioning inside the pads
  • Overall weight and mobility

Choosing the Right Warrior Goalie Equipment

When comparing Warrior goalie gear, consider:

  • The goalie’s age, size and measurements
  • Senior, intermediate, junior or youth sizing
  • Recreational, competitive or advanced use
  • G7, Surge S30, X5 or F2 construction
  • Required protection and expected shot exposure
  • Preferred pad stiffness and strapping
  • Catcher shape and palm angle
  • Blocker palm size and board balance
  • Mask fit and construction
  • Stick paddle length and balance

Proper fit should take priority over model level, graphics or price. Correctly fitted equipment generally provides better control, protection and comfort than higher-level equipment that does not match the goalie.
